Fees, government charges, and payment
Fees and known third-party or government charges should be presented before work begins. Payment schedules, deposits, refunds, and non-refundable amounts are governed by the applicable written order or proposal. Government charges already submitted may not be recoverable.
Timelines and third-party authorities
Quoted timelines may depend on the client, government authorities, payment providers, hosting providers, app platforms, and other third parties. RevoCompliance cannot guarantee a third party’s processing or approval time unless expressly stated in writing.
Technology project terms
Technology projects require an approved scope, review process, payment schedule, acceptance criteria, and ownership terms. Any change beyond the approved scope may require a written change request, revised fee, or revised delivery schedule.
Intellectual property
Pre-existing tools, licensed materials, open-source software, and third-party assets remain subject to their own ownership and licence terms. Project-specific ownership and transfer rights must be stated in the applicable written technology agreement.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Access may be limited or suspended where necessary to protect users, data, services, or legal compliance.
Service limitations
RevoCompliance is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Additional limitations, warranties, indemnities, and liability provisions must be approved by legal counsel for each operating jurisdiction.
Suspension and termination
A service may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or another reason identified in the applicable service agreement. Consequences and any surviving obligations are governed by that agreement.
