This statement documents the current accessibility target and support process. It does not claim independent certification. Verified company and response-time details should be approved before production indexing.
Our accessibility commitment
RevoCompliance aims to provide a website and client experience that more people can perceive, understand, navigate, and operate. Accessibility is treated as part of content, design, engineering, and quality review—not as a visual add-on at the end of delivery.
The target for the public website is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where it is reasonably applicable. This target guides implementation and review, but it is not presented as a certification or a guarantee that every third-party experience is fully conformant.
Measures included in the website
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, labels, buttons, and links that communicate structure.
- Keyboard access, visible focus, predictable tab order, and Escape behavior for menus and overlays.
- Text and interface contrast designed to remain readable across primary surfaces and states.
- Responsive layouts that reflow across mobile, tablet, and desktop without requiring horizontal scrolling.
- Form instructions, required-field indicators, error messages, and programmatic labels.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who request less animation through device or browser preferences.
Keyboard and navigation support
Primary navigation, menus, search, forms, accordions, pagination, dialogs, and calls to action are intended to work without a pointing device. Interactive components should expose an understandable focus state, close using established keyboard behavior, and restore focus where an overlay or menu temporarily moves it.
Page structure and internal links are designed to support direct navigation. A skip link is available so keyboard users can move past repeated header content and reach the main page content.
Screen readers and assistive technology
Text alternatives are provided for meaningful interface icons and approved images. Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology so they do not create repeated or confusing announcements. Dynamic controls expose labels, expanded states, selected states, and relationships where these are required to understand the interaction.
Assistive-technology behavior varies by browser, operating system, and software version. When reporting a barrier, including that combination helps the team reproduce and prioritise the issue.
Forms, validation, and security checks
Public forms use visible labels, clear required-field information, input-purpose metadata where appropriate, and written errors that do not depend on colour alone. Security verification may be supplied by a third party. If the verification cannot be completed using your access needs, contact the team for an alternative route before sending sensitive information.
Documents and third-party services
Some workflows can link to payment, government, video-meeting, document-storage, or regulatory services operated by other organisations. RevoCompliance does not control the complete accessibility of those systems. Established providers are preferred and an alternative support route will be considered where practical.
Client-supplied or authority-issued documents can have their own accessibility limitations. Contact the team if information supplied as a document is not usable in its provided format.
Known limitations
The website is evolving and a newly introduced component, embedded service, draft document, or third-party update may temporarily create an accessibility barrier. Automated checks are useful but do not identify every practical issue, so keyboard, responsive, and representative assistive-technology review remain part of the quality process.
No unresolved barrier is intentionally described as accessible. Confirmed issues are assessed by severity, reach, available alternatives, and the work required to provide a durable correction.
Compatibility and technical expectations
The website is designed for current versions of major standards-based browsers with JavaScript and CSS enabled. Very old browsers or customised environments that do not support current web standards may receive a reduced experience. Zoom, text resizing, browser contrast preferences, and orientation changes should not prevent access to core public content and actions.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Email anna@revocompliance.com or use the Contact page. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, what happened, and—where comfortable—the browser, device, and assistive technology involved. Do not attach identity documents or other sensitive client records to an ordinary accessibility email.
Accessibility feedback is reviewed as a product issue. The team may ask focused questions to reproduce the barrier and will communicate an available alternative or planned next action where possible.
Assessment and review
Accessibility is reviewed as public content, design patterns, and interactive features change. The statement was last reviewed on 9 August 2026. A formal external audit or certification will only be claimed if independently completed and approved for publication.
